Tokyo Sesame Place coin operated kiddie rides

Tokyo Sesame Place had several coin operated character rides.
The vehicles were made by  Amutec & Fun2Learn.

These were the same vehicles that could be found in shopping malls around the world. At Tokyo Sesame Place they cost 100 yen.

The image below (from 2008) shows that they were moved to the nearby Tokyo Summerland park. I don't know if they are still there today.

  1. Don't remember these kiddie rides, but I remember a Sesame Street kiddie ride at a Toys "R" Us in upstate NY. My parents let me ride the thing while they paid.

Also, at the Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY, there was a Superman kiddie ride on the fourth floor. It played the Superman TAS theme and there were buttons you could press. As a fan of Superman who read the comics and watched the cartoon, I loved that thing.
