Dine with Big Bird and Friends

On a recent trip to Sesame Place I noticed they were using some older cups. These cups had 2009 imprinted on them and advertised Dine with Big Bird and Friends:

 The dining events at Sesame Place are now called Dine with Elmo and Friends.

Photos of Elmo the Musical, Halloween show

I finally got to see the Halloween edition of  Elmo the Musical. I had been skipping this one because the line is always so long.

This theater is inside Sesame Studio. This space once housed the smaller Sesame Neighborhood replica before the outdoor version opened. More recently it housed the long running Elmo's World Live.

The new show has been extremely popular during the regular season and has become even more popular during the Halloween season.

This is a totally different show than the regular season show and features some new characters including a magician's rabbit.

And a sassy rooster.

The show ends with a giant banner dropping over the stage.

The Count's Un-Haunted Castle

The Count's Un-Haunted Castle won't be returning to Sesame Place for the 2015 season.

This was a pop-up Halloween attraction that stood near Count's Splash Castle. Opening in 2010, the walls of this maze were made of plastic and families would encounter different images and interactive elements around each turn.

The maze featured multiple buttons that kids could press to hear different audio clips.

There was also a screen with a talking pumpkin on it that would interact with the guests.

Ticket Machines

These are the automated ticket booths outside the gates at Sesame Place. I wanted to put some pictures here because they are adorable and you never know when they will be replaced by new machines.
