Like Sesame Place in Langhorne, Tokyo Sesame Place had a Monster Maze.

The layout is different and the punching bags varied in shape and size.

Tokyo Sesame Place Telephone Booth

Tokyo Sesame Place had an indoor replica of Sesame Street. Part of the street was a Sesame Place themed telephone booth! I don't know if it had a working phone inside.

The Tokyo Sesame Place Escalators

Tokyo Sesame Place had a remarkably long set of escalators. These would take you up and down the mountain that separated the park from the parking lot.

According to Excite News it was 40.8 meters tall (133.8 feet) - which in 2004 - was the longest escalator in Japan.

As you rode up the escalator Big Bird's head would become visible at the top.

Many pictures make it look like the Big Bird head was directly in front of the escalator, but it was a dozen or so feet back, as you can see in this picture:

Tokyo: Cookie Mountain

Like Langhorne, Tokyo used to have a Cookie Mountain play element.

This was the description from the Langhorne website:

Why settle for “King of the Mountain” when you can be the “King of Cookie Mountain?” Cheer along your kids as they try to scale this impressive, bright-blue vinyl cone that seems to reach the sky. Watch the all-out effort as they climb, slip and slide their way to the top. And, back down again. (All participants must be 44 inches and under.)
